Team Staff Positions
O.V. Wolves Hockey Academy is looking for serious candidates for the following Positions:
Assistant Coach
-
Provide feedback on the bench during games. This includes any type of system used by the other team.

Taking notes on face-offs which player is better in certain situation, against other players etc.

Work with players during on-ice, off-ice and in-class sessions.
-
Supervise players on out of town trips.
Statistician
-
Keep track of player and game statistics and other tasks related to statistics.
Goalie Coach
-
Manage goalies on the bench during games.
-
Work with players during on-ice, off-ice and in-class sessions.
-
Other related tasks.
Athletic Therapist
-
Provide first aid to players & staff members at all team activities on and off the ice.
-
Provide Head Coach with accurate feedback on player’s conditions
-
Elaborate and supervise pre-game and practice warm up.
-
Other related tasks.
Equipment Manager
-
Provide assistance and repairs to the player’s equipment.
-
Inspection of player's equipment to ensure that it fits properly and safe to use.
-
Pre-game preparation, on-ice, off-ice, in-class and other team's activities.
-
Other related tasks.
Broadcaster
-
Preparation before games for Live Streaming and recording.
-
Record and update score on live game streaming and recording.
-
Record between periods interview on live game streaming and recording.
Sportscaster
-
Play by Play description during games for Live Streaming and recording.
-
Interview with players and coaches between periods and after the game.
Bus Driver
-
Must have a valid class A-B or C driver’s license.
-
Valid Air brake certification (Z)
-
Inspection of bus according the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario.

Provide assistance in loading and unloading the team equipment.
-
Drive the team’s 56 passenger bus to out of town games.
-
Drive the team’s 56 passenger bus to out of town weekend events.
