Our Company has been founded and remains directed by Chris Schwarz; a highly experienced and sought-after Sports Performance Coach; currently Head Conditioning Coach for the NHL’s Ottawa Senators. Chris is actively involved in directing, creating, and monitoring the programming for all Fitquest athletes.

Recently AMPED completed a project with Modern Niagara Group Inc. allowing us to be certified by the Canadian Green Building Council as a Zero Carbon Building™ – Performance arena, certified for 2020 through the Canada Green Building Council®’s Zero Carbon Building™ Program. AMPED has the distinction of being the first Ice Arena in North America and possibly the world to be designated a Zero Carbon Building™
