Fitquest has over 25 years of experience in the Sports Performance industry. Our training & development protocols have been used by professional and amateur organizations across Canada, the United States, and Europe.
Our Company has been founded and remains directed by Chris Schwarz; a highly experienced and sought-after Sports Performance Coach; currently Head Conditioning Coach for the NHL’s Ottawa Senators. Chris is actively involved in directing, creating, and monitoring the programming for all Fitquest athletes.
Their team is comprised exclusively of university educated strength coach’s whose passion and experience will allow Fitquest
to equip the O.V. Wolves Hockey Academy athletes with the knowledge and application to live healthier lives for years
