You made a purchase but don't see the cash back?

Firstly, make sure any ad-blocker software is turned off before you make a purchase! Secondly, it can take up to 48 hours for our brand partners to notify us before we credit your Fundraiser (grocery purchases are notified once your order is delivered, hotels and travel are only credited upon completion of your trip).

If it's been over 48 hours and you still have not been credited for a purchase, simply forward the original invoice email to support@flipgive.com and provide the name of your fundraiser. Once we receive your invoice we'll look into why the credit was not applied on our end and do everything possible to get you this credit. Just so you know, we don't get paid if you don't get paid.

3. Complete your shopping within 24 hours:

To make sure cash back is counted properly, when you click over to the retailer's website complete your shopping trip in the same tab that it was opened in - don't close and reopen or leave and come back the next day as this will affect how we account funds.
